Cancellation by Conference Client, Agency
Safalta Audio-visual deliver service for Corporate event, conferences, trainings and seminars for which the Client ( Company, Hotel or Retail customer ) has to register/ book well in advance. In event of unforeseen circumstances where you are left with no other option but to cancel, cancellation of a pre-booked order by the custoomer, is subject to Cancellation.
Cancellation:- Request must be received in writing To info@safalta.co.in at least 5 days prior to the start of the event. No refunds are possible after this date.
Cancellation of AV Order by Safalta Audio-visual
On rare occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances & reasons, it may be necessary for Safalta Audio-visual to cancel the booking of Event for which you are Booked/registered. We will endeavor to inform you of such a decision no later than 5 days in advance of the scheduled start date of the event in question. In this case our liability is limited only upto booking advance fee refund of any amount already received in respect of event. We will specifically not be liable for any travel or accommodation you may have booked in anticipation of attending the event nor any consequential expense.
Event Booking order Confirmation
Please check that you are registered. You should receive an email acknowledgement of Safalta Audio-visual having received your Booking. Phone +91 9310095777 / 9210095777 or email info@safaltta.co.in us if this does not reach you within a few days of your booking.
Change in Event date & Venue ?
Due to unforeseen circumstances if there is changes in Program date & Venue by client. in that case We as agency have right to Quote with revised costing or also have right to deny to take revised booking due to un-availabality on date by any reason ( Multiple events booking, Staff issue or Equipments non avalibality issue) etc.
Order Book only upon PO & Advance
Minimum 72 Hrs. before the event start, we need PO with 50% advance payment from client via Bank transfer/cheque. Client, Delegates with un-cleared payments or without payment or guarantee may not allowed entry into the Event venue to use our Audio-visual equipments. We may deny / cancel delivry of sucjh rental orders.
No Cancellation / No refund after delivery of Set-up
All payment must be made by bank transfer/cheque or NEFT/ IMPS. All payments will be as per the services ordered as per quotation or contract and on mutually agreed terms. No refund is admissible after the Rental AV Equipment setup delivered on site or order has been confirmed and/or work has started for the respective services.
Refund:- If valid Refund is there. Refund will be processed within 7 days in your original payment method.
Note: In case Safalta Audio-visual has partnered with some organization and is facilitating the conference/workshop, the refund policy may change and the final decision will be that of the main organizers.
